Metaminds at
Impact SEE 2026.

Three sessions across two days, two of them with Dell Technologies. One is about leading when the finish line keeps moving. Two are about what actually changes when the systems you deploy stop being predictable.

Why we are there

Impact SEE is the largest business and technology gathering in Southeast Europe — two interactive stages, more than 200 speakers, nine thematic tracks covering AI, geopolitics, leadership and the digital future, and over 2,500 thought leaders at the Face Convention Center in Bucharest. It is the one week of the year where the people who decide and the people who build are in the same building.

Our three sessions are deliberately not a product pitch. Two of them we are doing alongside Dell Technologies, and all three circle the same question from different angles: what do leadership, budgets and operating models have to look like now that the most valuable systems we deploy are probabilistic rather than predictable?

Session one · 29 September

Leadership Beyond the Finish Line.
The process, the performance and the score.

Metaminds at Impact SEE 2026 — Leadership Beyond The Finish Line, a fireside chat with Ovidiu Ghiman, CEO of Metaminds, Valentin Stănescu, Regional Managing Director RCEE at Dell Technologies, and Vlad Moldoveanu, Director of International Basketball at One Motive Sports, Arkansas, USA, 29 September, Inspire Stage, 14:15 to 14:35

What does it take to lead when the finish line keeps moving? Leadership demands both the urgency, focus and determination of a sprint, and the discipline, resilience and long-term vision of a marathon.

Sustainable performance is not defined by short-term results, but by the strength of the process behind them. Great teams build excellence through clear standards, relentless preparation and attention to the details that matter. When people understand their role, take ownership and commit to continuous improvement, individual contributions become collective strength.

Training never stops. Performance is continuously assessed and refined, responsibilities overlap, and the pressure to deliver remains constant. Leaders do not succeed by controlling every play — they succeed by creating the structure, culture and clarity that let people perform, grow and lead.

Because the game never truly stops, leadership is measured not only by the scoreboard, but by the team and the process behind it. Longevity comes from sustaining high standards, developing future leaders and preserving momentum over time.

When the process is right, the score takes care of itself.

Session two · 30 September

Building Iron Man,
not Terminator.

Metaminds at Impact SEE 2026 — Building Iron Man, Not Terminator, a keynote by Dragoș Costea, Artificial Intelligence Engineer at Metaminds, 30 September, Spotlight Stage, 15:35 to 15:45
30 Sept · 15:35–15:45Spotlight StageKeynoteAI & Cybersecurity

Hollywood gave us two futures for machines that act: the Terminator, sent out alone, and the Iron Man suit, worn by a human who keeps the mission and the judgement.

Every enterprise AI budget is already funding one of the two, usually without noticing. This keynote shows why the suits are the projects returning value today — and hands the audience a three-question test to tell the two apart before the money is spent.

Ten minutes. No slides about the future of work.

Session three · 30 September

The Orchestra and the Improvisers.
Everybody sings in key.

Metaminds at Impact SEE 2026 — The Orchestra and the Improvisers, a moderated discussion with Răzvan Savu, Chief Growth and Innovation Officer at Metaminds, and Samer Al Layyusi, ISG AI Regional Lead CEEMETA at Dell Technologies, 30 September, Spotlight Stage, 15:45 to 16:05
30 Sept · 15:45–16:05Spotlight StageModerated discussion

Every company has been trying to imitate a symphony orchestra: clear processes, predictable outcomes, disciplined execution. AI is the exact opposite — partly opaque, probabilistic and personal. Even whimsical.

So take a hint from jazz. Nobody has the exact score, and it still works. Jazz relies on a small set of non-negotiables — key, chord changes, tempo — and those produce freedom rather than chaos while a band is making music together.

For digital transformation with AI, that set of non-negotiables has to be the data layer, controls and access, judgement and accountability. The more probabilistic the capability, the more deterministic its operating envelope must be.

The thread

Three sessions,
one argument.

The keynote and the discussion that follows it are back to back on the Spotlight Stage — thirty minutes in total, and they are meant to be taken together. The first asks which AI projects are worth funding at all. The second asks what has to stay rigid so the rest can be loose. The fireside chat the day before sets up both: none of it works without the process, the standards and the people underneath.

If you only take three things

What we will be arguing
across all three sessions.

01The process outlives the scoreResults follow standards, preparation and ownership. Lead the process and the scoreboard looks after itself.
02Fund suits, not replacementsThe AI projects returning value keep a human holding the mission and the judgement. Most budgets fund the other thing by accident.
03Loose needs tightThe more probabilistic the capability, the more deterministic its operating envelope has to be — data, access, judgement, accountability.

Come find us

Both days,
both stages.

We will be in the building for all of 29 and 30 September, not only during our slots. If any of the three sessions is relevant to something you are building, the corridor conversation afterwards is usually the more useful half.
