Our flagship is MetaPro: an academia–industry partnership that takes students from Romania’s less-developed regions and prepares them for the labour market through real placements inside live cloud and security projects, mentoring by senior architects, and certification paths with our technology partners. We treat community investment as engineering — structured, measured and built to last.

Beyond the classroom, we contribute upstream to the open-source projects that run national services — Kubernetes, Prometheus, Grafana, Keycloak and more — give engineers paid time to maintain them, and share reference architectures through talks and meetups with the local technical community.
