If you violate these Terms, your access to the Site may be terminated immediately and without notice.

Except as specifically stated above, nothing in these Terms grants — by implication, exclusion or otherwise — any licence or right under any trade secret, patent, trademark, copyright or other intellectual-property right of Metaminds or any third party. All rights not expressly licensed are reserved.

Although we have tried to provide accurate information on our site, we accept no responsibility for its accuracy.

We do not endorse and accept no responsibility for the conduct of users or for what users transmit on our site. These Terms do not oblige us to monitor the Site, or to modify or remove any materials or information.

Our site contains links to third-party sites. We provide these links only for convenience of access, and their inclusion does not imply any endorsement of their content by Metaminds. Access to any other third-party site linked from the Metaminds Site is at the user's own risk, and Metaminds is not responsible for the accuracy or reliability of any information, data, opinions, advice or statements made on such sites.

As a user, you are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account, registration and password information. Metaminds will not be liable for any harm caused by, or related to, the theft or misappropriation of your username or password, the disclosure of your username or password, or your authorising another person to use your username or password.

We may change the programs or products mentioned on the Site at any time, without notice. Because international information is provided on our site, not all products or programs mentioned will be available in your country. Please contact your local sales representative for information about the products and services available in your country.

We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate action against any person Metaminds considers suspected of violating any applicable law, including, without limitation, reporting such situations to law-enforcement authorities.

These Terms are governed by Romanian law, excluding any conflict-of-law rules or principles.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be deemed void, and the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

If you or other users violate these Terms and Metaminds takes no immediate action, this does not in any way limit or waive our rights, such as the right to take action in the future or in similar situations.
