Metaminds emerged from a desire to bring a new, innovative perspective to Romania's digitalisation. From the start, the company gathered the tools and knowledge to handle end-to-end digital services — from complex national infrastructures and competitive business challenges to everyday administrative tasks. Getting it right meant mastering the full life cycle of a client's project: from design and conception to implementation and support.

Founders
He has over 24 years of experience in the Romanian IT industry, 13 of them in the sales departments of IBM Romania and HP Romania, where he built solid sales experience across the public and private sectors, rising to the position of Sales Director at IBM Romania. He is recognised for his innovative approach to leading Metaminds, adapting to market challenges and anticipating needs in IT&C technology. These qualities make him a remarkable leader in Romania’s technology industry and an example for entrepreneurs in the IT&C sector.
With solid experience in business development, innovation and risk management, Cristian ensures that Metaminds operates with a clear strategic direction, aligned with its mission of creating technology solutions for digital services that support citizens.
As a member of the Supervisory Board, he plays an essential role in overseeing the company’s governance and performance. His responsibilities include appointing board members and defining performance indicators, safeguarding the company’s long-term success and growth. Drawing on his experience as an executive, his expertise contributes both to Metaminds’ leadership in the industry and to its commitment to fostering a culture grounded in strategic vision and responsibility.

Ovidiu Ghiman is a Romanian business leader, entrepreneur and investor with more than 25 years of experience across technology (telecommunications & IT), financial services and strategy. He is currently President of the Board of Directors and CEO of METAMINDS, where he focuses on digital transformation, cybersecurity and critical technology infrastructure. Previously, Ovidiu Ghiman held Executive Management Board positions at Telekom Romania/Romtelecom and DIGI, leading strategy, business development and commercial operations. Throughout his career, he has combined corporate leadership with entrepreneurship and investment, with a strong focus on scaling businesses, developing high-performing teams and supporting the growth of Romania’s technology and innovation ecosystem.
One of the leading experts in securing communications infrastructure and application services, recognised in the industry both locally and across Europe. He has over 20 years of experience developing complex, scalable and resilient technical solutions for securing digital ecosystems, across the following areas of competence: communications infrastructure; data management and integrity; securing systems, users, applications and services; application and service load-balancing and protection; network-level visibility; security operations; threat intelligence; security-event correlation; identity and access-policy management; supporting, integrating and delivering application services; and application performance optimisation.
Over 20 years of experience in financial management at companies across IT, Telecom, Real Estate, Oil & Gas, Automotive and Manufacturing, with a significant positive impact on financial performance.
She has managed projects worth more than USD 800 million and helped deliver complex financial structures.
Her portfolio of skills and results spans a broad range of financial specialisations — accounting, taxation, audit, risk management, and mergers and acquisitions.
Răzvan Savu is Chief Growth & Innovation Officer at Metaminds, with over 15 years of experience across technology, strategy, innovation, and business growth.
Before joining Metaminds, he advanced at Orange Romania from Senior Architect to Digital Engineering Manager, leading engineering teams, large-scale systems used by millions of customers, multi-million technology investments, and complex vendor negotiations.
Earlier in his career, Răzvan was also an entrepreneur, consultant, Country Manager, and market analyst at IDC, advising more than 80 organizations across telecommunications, financial services, utilities, retail, the public sector, and IT&C.
His profile combines deep technical expertise with strong commercial and leadership experience, with a particular focus on turning emerging technologies and market trends into practical strategies and sustainable business growth.
He is one of the best professionals in the industry, with over 20 years of experience in designing, integrating, securing, and optimizing complex IT architectures. He has high-level skills and extensive experience in the implementation, integration, and operationalization of advanced processing, virtualization, storage, and security solutions for large and very large public and private organizations, both domestically and across Europe. He holds expert-level certifications from some of the world's largest technology manufacturers, including Dell Technologies, VMware, Cisco, and Palo Alto Networks. He has played a crucial role in building and strengthening the technical team, which includes experts recognized at both the local and European levels.
