From dialogue to a working framework: Romania moves to define AI rules in justice

At Romania’s first Just.AI Forum, judicial institutions, digital-transformation authorities and technology providers met to shape the rules for AI in the justice system. Metaminds CEO Ovidiu Ghiman joined the private-sector panel.

Metaminds argued that responsible AI in justice depends on secure infrastructure, interoperable data and strong governance — drawing on its Government Private Cloud experience. A national advisory structure was set up to carry the work forward.
