What You Will Do
Co-pilot to the Project Manager to ensure focus on the achievement of the financial goals of the project. Provides all required
financial information about the project. Support Project Management, control the monthly margin realization, support project
planning, and ensure that Metaminds accounting guidelines are respected.
Early assessment and measuring of financial impact of risks and opportunities with regular follow-ups on action plans. Proactively
follow and challenge the project cash flow and gross margin.
Secure proper input for setup of Fulfilment Assignments, create OEF (One Entry Form) and obtain correct approvals (Partners,
Contracts, SO, PO, BOM)
Verify and Register Customer SO’s, Suppliers PO’s in SAP One
Maintain Revenue and Billing Milestones in SAP ONE
Recognize revenue in SAP ONE according to defined Proof of Delivery
Highlight potential objects to be closed
Close all Fulfilment Assignment Objects in SAP ONE
Maintenance and update of SAP objects to fulfil project scope and business continuity requirements
Review and analysis of variances between Budget, Forecast and Actual figures and comment on them in monthly reporting –
especially Sales POC, Margin and Free Cash Flow, Risk & Opportunities and Contingencies;
You will bring
Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, economics, project management, business administration or equivalent
professional experience.
Analytical and financial skills
Multi task ability, involvement in many projects simultaneously
SAP, MS Project, MySQL, Access, Excel, VBA knowledge is a plus
Business oriented
Previous project/site/expense controlling experience is a plus;
