What will you be doing:
• Responsibilities specific to the reception: receiving and managing telephone calls, faxes; receiving correspondence, registering and directing it to specific departments;
• Drafting of various types of administrative documents;
• Organization and coordination of building repair and maintenance activities;
• Maintaining an adequate stock of stationery/office products, supplying protocol products, other products for internal use, as well as obtaining the necessary approval for all costs;
• Administrative support for all Metaminds team members;
• Follow-up of the contracts concluded with utilities and administrative service providers and maintaining the relationship with them;
• Providing support in organizing company events and business meetings (protocol);
• Verification and registration of primary accounting documents received from third parties: invoices, receipts, account statements;
• Maintaining a record of invoices received from suppliers and archiving them;
• Track all expenses and purchases for internal/administrative use area.
Requirements
• Initiative and determination to solve problems;
• Exceptional communication, writing and interpersonal skills;
• Ability to focus on multiple tasks at the same time;
• Good organizational and planning skills;
• Good collaboration skills;
• Team spirit.
Your Background:
• Bachelor’s degree;
• Good knowledge of the English language;
• Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Power Point).
